Let me share one of the most accessible and insightful talks about LLMs I've ever watched - "Beyond the Hype: A Realistic Look at Large Language Models" given by Dr. Jodie Burchell at GOTO Amsterdam 2024. The presentation is brilliant - really entertaining and easy to follow. While it covers technical topics, it does so in a practical way, using simple language and without unnecessary complications.
Heads up: Around minute 33, she starts explaining Python code and it gets pretty technical. Really cool if you're a developer, but feel free to skip that part if you're not.
